An important milestone for us!


An important milestone for us!

This significant milestone represents a concrete commitment on our part toward creating an inclusive and respectful work environment.

To this end, the Board of Directors has established a Steering Committee to oversee every phase of the process and has appointed a Manager for the Gender Equality Management System.

We are also working on drafting a dedicated Regulation and our Gender Equality Policy.

Since the language we use every day is our first calling card, we have distributed a brochure on Guidelines for Inclusive Language to our employees and collaborators—a practical tool to help us communicate with even greater respect and awareness.

We are convinced that gender equality is a fundamental value for a fairer and more sustainable society, and we are determined to work toward achieving this goal.
